Administration and Leadership training seminar
What makes an effective leader? Is leadership a science that can be studied or is it a highly-individual quality? How important is the fit of leadership style with a particularly community ethos? Needs-based budgeting. Assessing middle management structures and practice. These and other key issues are dealt with in a lively interactive environment.
Study skills workshop
This is a detailed interactive presentation based on brain function which help students understand the differences between short-term, middle-term and long-term memory. The workshop also focuses on multiple intelligences and study methods for a variety of types of knowledge and types of skill-based activities.
A supportive parent’s view of the IB Diploma Programme (also available for MYP, PYP and CRP )
Parents can have a valuable role in supporting students throughout the IB programmes. PWA leads parents to relevant knowledge which allows them to have an empathetic and practical support base for their children.

Are there negatives as well as positives involved in the international education process? If there are, then how can we best prepare ourselves and mitigate those negatives? This research-based workshop includes extensive discussion and case-study work.
